Project Design and Implementation
Demand Generation for Polio Vaccines in Northwest Nigeria
Public and Social Sectors · Sokoto and Kebbi States, Nigeria
Harrison Rehoboth Consulting designed a demand-generation strategy to improve polio vaccine uptake in Sokoto and Kebbi States and supported end-to-end implementation. The intervention drove measurable results, including increased referrals of suspected cases and higher vaccine uptake during campaign periods.
The work required deep community engagement and a clear understanding of the behavioural, cultural, and logistical barriers that prevent uptake, not just a communications plan.
Capacity Development for Over 700 Frontline Health Workers
Public and Social Sectors · Nigeria
Harrison Rehoboth Consulting conducted an Environmental and Social Due Diligence to support a Nigerian development finance institution’s credit decision. Our assessment covered the client’s alignment with applicable E&S standards, identified material risks and gaps, and reviewed management systems, permits, and business practices.
We delivered a bankable ESDD report, including an Environmental and Social Action Plan and monitoring framework, as well as lender-ready conditions precedent to enable responsible disbursement and ongoing compliance.
Sustainable Sourcing Strategy for a Blood Banking Organisation
Public and Social Sectors · Africa
Harrison Rehoboth Consulting was engaged to develop a sustainable sourcing strategy for a non-profit blood banking organisation, defining a resilient donor and supply acquisition model, strengthening partnerships and operating processes, and outlining an implementation roadmap to improve reliability, cost efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
Blood supply is one of the most underfunded and fragile systems in African healthcare. This engagement was about building something that would hold, not just deliver a plan.
